"This store really needs to get their act together and give US what the family meal says. Do you guys NOT know how to give breast! Don't advertise what your"family" meals come with when you don't give it. Inside cashier guy was pretty cool, got the order right the first time was nice not having to repeat it. The chicken tenders seemed like they were sitting for sometime tho. Can't believe they were out of honey of all things. They should get rid of their nasty fries and bring back the potato wedges. Way better choice"

"So 1st off I ❤KFC bit can't afford to eat there very often maybe 1 time a month, so when I went into the restaurant some lady was yelling speaking Spanish saying that a worker owed her money for her watching her child she said she would cone back everyday causing a scene until she got paid the money she was owed. ppl were like ohhhh awe. Then I waited for 35 mins for my order once I got it they missed 2 large coslaws it took 2 trips for the worker to finally get me the correct amount of coslaw pulling everything out 2 times. I finally get home after a 12 hour shift working for a hospital and come to find out there were no biscuts at all. This KFC never gets my order right which is why I always double check b4 leaving. after a long day serving sick people in communities I didn't hv the energy to go all the way back to this particular KFC. I work very hard for every dollar I get and for me to spend $95..60 and not get my correct order and the fact that is wasn't even as good as it is usually I'm so disappointed. Almost $100 dollars down the tube. Very disappointed and felling sad bc this was money I worked very hard for and I feel like it was money wasted"

"I tried to go to the drive thru and it was closed and had to go in.I got this meal was ok but KFC has been better than this before.Also had to wait 25 mins for order to be ready."

"Update: Decided to give this location another chance tonight, 06/21/2023. Be sure to count your food before leaving. Communication skills are lacking here. There were two of us here ordering, and we got the short end of the deal. I will not be back. Original post: I placed an order for a variety bucket of chicken and got thighs and legs. Try to call the store, but they didn't answer the phone matter of fact. It requires you to put into some kind of a code to either check your voicemail or to leave a message. Tried more than once to call back and did not get an answer. I guess I'll have to try to find another location to go to."
