"Unfortunately this location has gone WAY downhill on service! The food itself is delicious but the quality of service is no longer great and I sat at the speaker outside in the drive thru and was never waited on so I proceeded to the window. There seemed to be a bit of a communication issue. I do speak and understand Spanish but it is not my first language so respectfully I do not usually order in Spanish. Even though I ordered at the drive thru window (after initially being ignored) I went inside to get my order so I did not hold up the drive thru the men who were working inside the restaurant were less than professional and less than friendly. The lady who gave me my food however was VERY NICE and Professional. I spent $41.00 there and the lid to the beans that I oderered was cracked (have picture to prove)"

"Kinda pricey for a chain restaurant. But the food is good considering what you get. Avoid anything that could be reheated in a microwave like rolled tacos. Garnishes are good and the green HOT salsa is AMAZING!! Will definitely return for the salsa alone."

"Will never order again. If I do the 83rd Ave location only. Packaged almost 100.00 order to the point we didn't even eat most of it. The point of a chimichunga is the crispy outside. If you throw sour cream, guacamole, rice and beans on top of the chimi you get mushy tortilla. O get the first two but nestling it into a cocoon of refried beans isn't great for presentation or taste. Also the description didn't mention beans inside but yet half the chimi was veggies and beans. What a joke."
