"8 months ago a star bucks employee says he spit in my coffee. My review did not get a response from management. Yesterday I tried to get 6 pounds of 85/15 ground beef in one transaction. The meat department had 3 huge men in white coats, serval females in black, a huge man got the 6 pounds. Self check out refused to give me the 1.99 saying per package only, she said it was not her call saying I “had all month, no rain check, she can back with one per packed saying no while I was trying to get what was promised she called her manager over whom I was explaining as she talked over me, smiling, telling me to “stop talking” this was after the cashier accommodated me late 8 months understanding about me chronic they are the reason it is disabling, the manager canceled the transaction 3 times as I could not put my phone number in she stood behind me socializing with other customers laughing at my struggle to re-enter my “rewards” number. The cashiers was on the phone meant department so comfortable socializing a man grabbed her from behind squeezing her as they laughed. The employees take great joy in abusing anyone with struggles, with spit in the star bucks coffee & their pharmacy not checking for drug allergies, Just be careful, these people are Dr. Jekyll & Mr Hyde, most wear their addictions, taking joy in refusing. Mamagement canceling my transaction 3 times, Children at play. Got my 6 pounds in kingman. Most of these cashiers know me & do this with others around. Do not drink star bucks he might not be spitting in the coffee. He thinks it funny. No management will address this problem one and for all, sadly. Drug interactions are not being checked either. I almosted died countless times for incompetence, left my trachea narrowed, still having to deal with this child’s play."

"Update... Help can now easily be found. Good sales are going on now, so shelves on sale items are empty . Still recommend 88%. Always clean and fresh, usually stocked well with fresh veggies and bakery goods.the seafood and meat department is not to be missed. Minus 1 star for employee attitude, they really need customer service training. For good food at a decent price, shop till your hearts content, but don't go if you are expecting help!"

"this Safeway is big and good organized. best if you download the app and become a member to get all the member prices, without that it can get expensive. the assortment is good and the people are very nice. there is a cheep gas station and other shops as well."
