"No welcome from the two girls. I got ignored until I spoke. Wanted to share a churro with my daughter. We got the LAST ONE. I paid and went to the car put my daughter in her seat put the groceries away. Got the churro and when I say this thing was HARD as a rock it didn’t even crumble it was cardbord. So I go back inside. The girl who helped me with the stale churro was busy with other customers so I asked the girl who was sweeping in the lobby to help and she demanded the other girl who was busy to help me. I asked for an exchange of two cookies. She didn’t even ask me which ones I’d like she just grabbed two and I dealt with it. Then she asked me to pay??? I usually wouldn’t make a big deal over something like this but it’s money and I wanted to treat my kiddo and myself and it was just all around disrespectful…. Girls need to be trained better."

"The Worst Customer Service Experience in The Tri State. I wasn't verbally greeted or knowledge at this Subway. I Stood there for ten minutes only to deal with a Bigot Cashier. I formally wanted to complain and i had to deal with Manager Tonya. This Rude Manager actually had a Smirk on her Ugly Face. And made me feel like it was my imagination. Well it wasn't. How about more Diversity and Customer Service Training??? Maybe Question The Cashier. And Never Compare Yourself in My Situation. You are Privileged and Entitled... Subway is a International Chain. MAYBE ITS TIME TO REPRESENT BETTER... IN 2023 YOUR IGNORANCE AND BIGOTRY IS NOT NEEDED.."

"Second in line & waited 15 minutes while one employee was making 3 sandwiches at once while talking & laughing with a second employee who did nothing. I finally gave up & left the store. Hopefully the one down the street will have better customer service."
