Tacos Calafia

"Let me start by saying they don't have a proper sign with their official name, just a banner with the word tacos. Inside, they have two salad bar with their toppings such as guacamole, salsas, radish, onion, Cilantro, etc. You have to go to a counter to order your food, very slow cause they only have 1 register that not only take your order, but also make your margaritas. The menu is super basic, I have the Carne asada tacos and good flavor, and I also have the beans from the Olla, really good!!! The atmosphere isn't appealing or cozy. They just have plastic tables and chairs. And bistro lights, I will say the place doesn't look professional. The bathroom could use more cleaning. I don't think I will be back, I wasn't too impressed beside for the beans."

"Literally the only taco spot in phoenix I eat at. Love the staff, and they work hard while also going above and beyond. This morning the young lady remembered me and applied my military ID for me by surprise. Things like this and the added breakfast hours, are the reasons they are the only tacos calafia, or any taco spot, that will get my money."

"This is a nice open restaurant with a simple menu. The food was delicious and I loved the carne asada burrito the best. The pastor tacos are carved off the rotisserie. Chicken needs a bit more season. They do sell alcohol here. I washed everything down with bottled coke. They have a fresh salsa bar. A very clean restaurant enjoyed my visit. I will definitely be back."

"We have trying to eat here for a year. Just never had time. We'll worth the wait. Easy menu and well affordable. Very clean and great service. Great condiment bar. Lots of seating and well lit. Parking is a challenge. Outdoor seating. Food is large portions and very tasty. Soda fountain is a tad high so Hard to tell if your drink is full. Kid friendly and great music. Highly recommended."
