"Food as always is excellent at this location. The diverse menue and it being a 24hr place make it a definite go to.... HOWEVER- the service is sorely lacking. I cannot emphasize this enough. They need to step up their game, I go for the food, price, and accommodating hours but the waitresses always make me feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and just out of place. I have been to this location several times at different times of day and in the last 6 months including possibly 10 visits, I have had one genuinely hospitable waitress. I wish I could give her kudos her customer service was great! The rest however have been a flop! The atmosphere as a result is not what you would expect of a diner of this caliber. It's always empty and attracts several homeless folks who just wish to use the facilities. The business itself never has a full lobby or wait line, again I believe this is due to their faulty customer service!"

"I do not recommend this location at all. It was very crowded and loud. An employee picking up dishes at a table by us was throwing them into a bin loudly making a whole ruckus! The food was cold by the time it was served and it was brought out at different times, two of us got our food while the rest of our party had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get theirs. I had to chase the waitress down to have her refill my drink. The employees we interacted with had no customer service skills whatsoever. I’ve had a more positive experience at the location on 51st off the I-10 and recommend anyone to go there instead of this location. Avoid yourself an unpleasant experience!"

"Went here for breakfast the servers where very attentive and nice. They constantly check on our table making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and the workers where awesome.It was a very nice breakfast and my kids loved their Willy Wonka breakfasts. I ordered the bacon temptation omelette and added spinach it was delicious and the coffee was nice and hot. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you for a wonderful morning."

"Anthony is a great server he was so persistent and professional but this place is really a joke they cant cook any eggs right I asked for over medium and they full cooking my eggs burnt 2 orders of pancakes and burnt waffles for my son all around the food was bland and taste disgusting. The bathrooms are a reck seating is uptight and right next to each other and there is no alcohol beverages served here."

"Great place for breakfast with my family while on vacation. The server was amazing and even sang Happy Birthday to my sister following the huge ice cream with sprinkles. My french toast, bacon and eggs were cooked amazingly. I well definitely be back."
