Ono Hawaiian BBQ

"Went for lunch. The cashier had an amazing attitude which made me feel welcomed. Food was ok. Combo I got said it came with a salad. I'm thinking it has to be be macaroni salad right. No it was a weird type of garden salad. Was really upset because that's why I went there was for the macaroni salad. It's my fault but just be sure you don't make the same mistake as me in ordering. Also a small Mac salad is like $5 like half of a meal so that's why I didn't order it on the side"

"I love the food from Ono, always awesome customer service at literally every Ono location I’ve been too. Except for todays. I went up to the register to order my food, the guy behind the register (picture above) completely ignored me and took the order of two other customers who were standing behind me in line. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager and he laughed and said “I am the manager “ . Most frustrating visit I’ve ever had in Ono. Will try other Hawaiian bbq establishments from here on out."

"Dude, I love the menu selections great size portions great flavor for the sauces. I got the mixed plate with some teriyaki chicken and teriyaki ribs and some shrimp. The rice, the macaroni everything was perfect."

"First time experience was ok, but not great. The macaroni salad was the best part of the meal. Rice was fine. Katsu chicken was intresting, some parts of the "chicken" were so thin it resembled baloney lunch meat, pretty gross. Staff was friendly but took a long time to revieve our order."
