"Not sure if this place has new management but wow! What a difference on Saturday 10/21 at around 3-5pm. We were there awhile. Our order for shakes and banana splits was accurate and service was top notch. These young gentlemen greeted us upon walk in. Took our order like they cared. Even asked if we had received our whole order and were ok as one walked back from the restroom. And yes, told us to have a great evening as we left. I have been to this restaurant many times throughout the years and some days was not so great. Other times your average experience. But yesterday, was amazing! You really don't see that kind of service anymore. Thank you gentlemen! We are hopeful for this experience more frequently."

"We were bugged by another customer fir money. We had no cash. Friend offered to buy a $7. Meal for person, to leave us alone. They went to register. Msn order a banana split. Friend paid for it. Friend went back to table. Man tells workers he wanted a burger. They said he ordered a banana split. They were correct. He wanted a burger. They responded to him "go ask for more money" he came back to friend for help. They ended up charging the Friend the difference between the two. They should give gentleman a cup of water and a hotdogs or burger and told him not to bother the customers. Besides a man should never approach women and ask for anything. Restaurant should never tell homeless men to ask customers for money. And never have customer go back up and pay more money. By this time its on them. Horrible experience."

"Best looking cakes in town.. ice cream cake! The servers will flip over your blizzard to show you the thickness..it will shock you at first untill you understand the awesomeness. The burgers are better than any mc'd or king. Great spot to get your belly full!"

"The guy was rude didn't even try to make the drinks look decent didn't flip the blizzards and when I asked him if he could make them look presentable because I was ordering for family he just ignored me."

I'm a doordash driver, your staff didn't even acknowledge my existence, I had to flag one of them down because they almost gave my order to the doordasher that went through the drive thru....if your policy is for them to come inside, tell her to park and come inside. Hello. Anyways while I waited I looked at the cake case.... dang. You need a new decorator or tell them to put in an effort, that's the first thing your customers see. And it's not good."
