"Maybe it would be better if they stop doing delivery. I understand they get a lot of orders and they may be overworked under staff. I wouldn't even mind waiting an extra 45 minutes just to get the food properly. Customers shouldn't have to suffer because they want the convenience of the delivery and they're willing to pay a lot more for it. It's hit or miss. It's like playing the roulette wheel with most restaurants in West Phoenix. I don't know what time of day or what day of the week but I'm going to avoid this place unless I walk in. Do not recommend for delivery It's about 4 hours before the super bowl and I figured they're not going to be swamped yet but the food was not made fresh it was not even hot it looks overcooked and it was disappointing. And it was disappointing."

"Got to the store at 9:55 before opening. Waiting until 10:15 am just for employee to put sign on door saying they will open at 10:30. Mind you 3 customers were outside waiting & not once did they have the courtesy to say they were running late. They just put a sign in The door. Highly unprofessional"

"It's pretty sad you can't read an uber eats order that's printed on a sticker and get it right. It's even sadder that you don't care enough to only put 6 pieces of orange chicken in a "plate". Never going to this panda again, good luck with customer service. If I could give them 0 stars to de-rate them I would."

"I ordered through Door dash. It was a bow and I can’t believe how much of the entree they served. Less than a spoon! (I have to put it on the lid because I couldn’t believe it) I ordered white rice only they served me fried too. the worse panda I have ever gone, dont ever order online because they will serve you like this."
