"Giving me a burn sandwich after I waited in the drive through for more than 10 minutes this is ridiculous"

"Service was terrible on Sunday. I placed an order on habit website for delivery. I received my order and it was missing bacon in my 2 salads and I was missing 10 crispy chicken bites. I called Habit I was hung up on my Debbie, called back spoke to another woman she told me to call DoorDash customer service and they will send someone out to deliver was is missing. I then call DoorDash and Kari, she was also rude, tells me to call Habit since I ordered on website so they can request the delivery or refund me. I explained what habit told me and Kari spoke over me told me I was wrong and was very very rude, no customer service at all. So I called Habit back and they said only way to get anything resolved I needed to either go to the location or provide feedback. This makes absolutely no sense. I paid an extra $10.50 to have the food delivered so why would I go to the location if I already paid for the service. I would like a complete refund. This is ridiculous and the lack of customer service was insane. Being given the run around by Habit and DoorDash is very disappointing. Why offer this service if when there are problems there is no quick solution?"

"Food was not fresh, but whatever WAS fresh was somewhat decent, but not worth the 25 minute wait in the drive-thru. Not to mention I was the ONLY car in the drive-thru. Not to mention they messed up our burgers orders and tried giving us the wrong drinks. Overpriced and slow. Their fries were stale. Burgers tasted.. old.. but had that taste as if it would have been good if it was fresh. Too bad they added things I asked to take off and then my wife's burger they gave her a whole different burger than she asked for. Aside from that, the only positive thing here was their onion rings! Pretty dang good! But not good enough where I'd place anything higher than a 1 star here."

"To be honest, the burger was extremely gross. It was very dry, bread tasted old, no flavor. The regular fries were way over salted. My Sweet potato fries were practically raw, barely cooked. Like a wet noodle I always finish my fries. But I could only eat a few. I'm very very disappointed in tonight's dinner honestly!!! We'd honestly like a refund... probably won't be back."
