China Buffet 17119 North Litchfield Road, Surprise, AZ 85374

"I have been to this Restaurant probably 5 times now, each time I have brought my Fire Crew for a total of 21 Large Americans. I usually call and give them a heads up that we are coming and they have always been receptive of our large group. Not only is the service excellent, they have good food!? Chinese Buffet that far exceeds my expectations of a Chinese Buffet. They have a Sushi Bar that is fantastic! I enjoy coming here and will continue to bring my family and my crew in the future!"

"This restaurant needs to be reviewed and the door closed until the place can meet even minimum standard. All food that SHOULD BE HOT IS COLD! I tried 6-8 dishes and they were terrible. The egg drop soup was hot but 75% grease. I came home to steady vomiting which has last until late.The chicken wings had been setting for hours. The sushi as well. We should have retreated when we saw no cars in the parking lot!!! Live and Learn. DON’T GO until you are sure all has been resolved….PLEASE,"

"We were seated in an area that seemed like storage. Boxes everywhere shown in photos. They were busy but there were other tables. The person who setted up asked what we wanted to drink and told us to go ahead. On our 2nd plate of food, a lady came and got plates. Then and again asked what we were drinking. She finally brought our drinks and some napkins. Never saw her again till we were completely done, and she just dropped off the check and walked away. She never asked us if we needed refills or anything or told us how to pay. We walked up to the area the register was in and paid there. She told us to have a nice night as she walked away after running my card and leaving me the receipt to sign. I think you pay at the table but who knows! The food was nothing to brag about. The chicken dishes chicken was hard I couldn't eat most of it there was no meat in those parts. Some labels were wrong. I'm not impressed! Not a place we will visit if we come to Surprise again."

"What a fun dining experience! I loved that there was different unique foods to try... One we loved was the meat buns! Some dishes were so so some were better. But that's the beauty of a buffet.. You get to try whatever you want. The thing that I would recommend you don't try is the pizza. Which I think is self-explanatory but my young one decided to give it a try. I am not a sushi fan however, it appears that they have an excellent freshly made (not caught) sushi selection. So if that's something that you're going for, this is the place. The dessert bar was super huge and had an excellent selection. And of course they have an ice cream machine :-)"
