"When placing an online order 40 minutes in advance and giving the time, i came into the store to pick up my order and still had to wait an additional 40 mins. Groups of workers were just upfront and in the back there was just 2-4 workers working slow. I understand they may be tired but, its their job, they get paid for it. Place had trash on floors and honestly the food tasted as id they just rushed through making it or didnt care to make it good."

"This place ALWAYS forgets something on my order!! Once it’s okay but when it happens constantly then that’s a problem!! I have to drive all the way back to get something that they forgot!! It has even happened when I order door dash and it’s so annoying that I spent money on delivery but I have find a way to get there to get my food correct! Also when I try to call to inform them about my order their phone is always offline !!!"

"Upon arriving at the restaurant, I placed my order 30 minutes in advance, only to be informed by the cashier that it would take an additional 10 minutes. Despite waiting an extra 20 minutes beyond the promised time, I encountered disorganization among the staff, with no apparent leadership present. When I requested a receipt, I was advised to take a photo as none was provided. This experience reflects a lack of effective management and operational oversight."

"I very rarely leave scathing negative reviews but this place was outstandingly bad. The one good thing that they had I will start with, the Cajun wings were awesome. Nice and plump, lots of sauce, very tasty. However, the fries were Stone Cold, the mild wings we ordered had no sauce on them and when we ordered extra sauce it took 10 minutes. When we took the fries back to get hot ones it was at least 15 minutes to get new fries. When I asked for ketchup for the fries, they looked at me like I had a third eye and weren't sure where ketchup might be. finally found some in a box. When we asked for salt for the fries they looked at us like they couldn't understand why any restaurant would have salt available for their customers. The other thing that was unbelievable was no butter. They sell corn on the cob which was okay but when we asked for butter it was like why would anyone want butter? There were no napkins. We had to go and take paper towels off of a roll up on the counter. It was just one thing after another it was almost comical."

"I'm kinda surprised on the reviews, I read for this Wingstop location. Typically we call ahead and place our order, but this time we just walked in and placed our take out order. The wait time was 20 minutes and the crowd in the dinning area was very minimal for a Saturday lunch timeframe. There was no negative staff vibe going on here, Eduardo at the counter was very friendly. We ordered their 24 pc Family Classic Wings bone in, with fries and veggie sticks. Everything was delicious, food was hot."
