Sonic Drive-In

"It's currently 10:25 pm. Just got home from sonics. Upon approaching all the lights outside were off. I started heading to the drive through and some white lady started yelling towards me "Excuse me we're closed" I reminded her that on Google maps the store hours said open till 1 am. She said "We're closing early because we're under staffed" I looked into the store and saw two other workers. Then the lady told me the closing time on Google was wrong. I explained that the store is commonly open until 1 am, this wasn't my first time coming after 10. She said, "Well we're closed". ... So somehow this particular Sonics chooses its own hours."

"Just went to this location and asked "is your icecream machine working?" The guy said, "uuuuuuh, let me check." *20sec later* replied Yeah. When I got my m&m blast , the guy looked hurried to get the money and return inside. When I looked at my shake it was packed with m&ms and soon discovered why....the blast was runny!! I DON'T live far at all, when I got home to try the bast my spoon was like I dipped it in water when I dipped it in the blast. No wonder he was rushed to give my order WITHOUT my receipt. I don't appreciate the lies and rush when he could've said "No, the machine is out." There's nothing to return, It all looks like rainbow water :( I didn't eat it. Just seen what it turned into. Pls don't say yes to an order you cannot deliver properly."

"Picked up around 9:30 very pleasant staff and food was very hot ordered popcorn chicken and cheesy chili tots. Also very pleased very sprite with extra cherries. Thank you to staff for a great experience."

"I just spent over $27+ and got 2 orders of 5pc chicken stripes the window girl was rude, and when I asked for a bag for the 2 boxes of food as she's trying to hand it to me she said they don't give bags for what I got. Then took forever to get all the dipping sauce I just drove off. When I got home one of the boxes of chicken stripes was cold, dried up, and hard. The other box was fresh and hot. I also thought I was getting fries but was never asked so I got tots again everything was cold. Got some kind of bread and that was also fridge cold. I have lived next to this place for 5 years and out of the handful of times I have tried this place my experience and food has ALWAYS BEEN HORRIBLE!! From the staff to the food!! This is the only thing that is consistent!!"

"Pulled up to the window, due to short staff they’re only doing drive thru. No biggie, it’s New Year’s Day and we’re not huffy people. My issue, was when I ate one corn dog (I’m now disgusted by this), bit into the next corn dog and it was mushy!! GROSS. Upon further inspection, it’s not cooked all the way through, it’s still doughy. I tear open the other one, doughy as well. We pull back up to the stall just to let them know and get new ones. We thanked the guy working, as my boyfriend and I both have worked food service and understand it’s not easy. The guy actually brought us out 5 corn dogs to make up for it, very nice! However. STILL. NOT. COOKED. So I now have 8 doughy, cold corn dogs when I just wanted 3 cooked ones!! STOP COOKING THEM FROZEN AND TURN YOUR FRYER DOWN. The outside is very crispy and the inside is cold!!!! This has also happened to me at the Maricopa location. SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN. THIS IS A LITERAL HEALTH HAZARD!!!"
