"I used to love coming in here but over the past several months things seem to be going down hill. Several of the hobby items have been out of stock, I can no longer use my coupons on a majority of items that I purchase and have always used those coupons on, and have had items ring up with the incorrect price on multiple occasions. I haven’t fought to have any correct the price as I want to make sure my locally owned Ace is successful but I won’t buy those items when I’m expecting to pay significantly less. I’m sorry but if prices online are already significantly less and you will no longer accept my coupons, I will simply go elsewhere. Thank you for the years of great service, friendly faces, and unique items but today you least a loyal customer."
