"Just returned home with the 40 classic wings we ordered (20 mild, 10 BBQ, and 10 original hot). As seen by the photos, there was absolutely zero sauce on the 20 mild wings. Called the store to see what could be done as I live 20 minutes away. The girl on the phone supposedly talked to her manager. They try to assure me the sauce was on there but “it is buttery so it falls off”…that has to be the dumbest comment I have ever heard as my girlfriend tried a sample of each of the two non-BBQ sauces before ordering. And if it is true then they are definitely making their wings wrong. Needless to say we will be going to Crazy Mikes or Buffalo Wild Wings. How a restaurant who specializes in wings gets its so wrong is beyond me…"

"Everytime I come in my food isn’t ready i literally waited almost a hour on 20 boneless wings after ordering online. Then some of the workers friends came in and got an order for free and got their food before waiting customers. I was charged full price for cheese and got cheese in a dipping cup the fries are cold. Everytime I’m waiting I see multiple people bringing back orders that were messed up. I can’t even eat my fries now because they gave me this small cup of cheese I only eat the fries with cheese you would think with the wait they would be able to get the orders right and some hot fresh fries. I recommend not stopping by this location workers are obnoxious and the wait is ridiculous for the amount of workers they have there."

"Ordered online at 7:09pm. Said 15-20 min. When arrived, I had to wait another 15 min leading to my order being done at 7:50pm . Why order online when I'm still going to wait? On top of that, the Wings were all placed in the same box. This is the first time I had to wait..."

"My boyfriend and I came to this location on national wing day (Saturday, July 29, 2023). It was kinda crazy inside. Super busy and people were everywhere. BUT, the workers were so kind and patient. No one was giving attitude to the customers and likewise, no attitude was given to the workers while we were there. We had to wait a bit for our wings to be done (we ordered 24 + 5 free ones and fries), but we didn’t wait long.. maybe 8 minutes on top of the 33 we were quoted online? Not too bad and totally understandable. You should’ve seen the tickets coming off the printer in the short time we were there.. they were slammed! Our fries were cold, BUT our wings were on point and that was the real reason we visited them. No complaints from us. Top notch service. Very happy customers."
