"Clean location. Really delicious fresh sandwiches and always super friendly staff!! Our go-to for a sand which on date night."
"Was just in there. Usually I’m in weekday nights and they’re always so nice. Not today. The young girl who helped me had the worst attitude. Definitely could tell she didn’t want to be there. Then the girl in the glasses just left her by herself with mobile orders and a line. I probably won’t be back to this location. Disappointing."
"I have eaten here many times with no issues, but my last order was awful as half the ingredients/toppings were missing. It was a delivery so I couldn't watch them make it (and shouldn't have to) so I didn't realize until the sub tasted way different from my expectations. To make it worse, I submitted a complaint/feedback, but never received a response. I will choose another location or brand next time. Update: I emailed the owner per their review response and have still not received a response from them."
"I am seeing new to me faces which is totally fine. WHAT ISN'T is the absolutely horrid attitudes of all the employees we saw today. One blonde woman had the meanest and ugliest look on her face. If you hate the job so much, please quit. I don't want to walk in and be greeted with such contempt. NOW I requested no cheese. I have a dairy allergy and I am well aware of the risk of eating out. Two of the other women there had the most condescending tone with me concerning my order and I DO NOT APPRECIATE it. They prepared my food accordingly and cleaned the blades and made my sandwich on a separate tray, so I will give them that. What I am sick of is this: people acting like I am faking my food allergies. Do I need to whip out my epi pens to be taken seriously? Also, prior to this visit, we ordered pick up because we had always had a pleasant experience with the previous crew (I haven't seen them working as of late). I am eating my sandwich and notice that one corner has a white thin piece of cheese sticking out. A tiny slice that I can only deduce was added because I MUST BE FAKING it. I immediately called and talked with someone and they apologized offering a discount or whatever. Y'all I don't care about a discount or free food. I had to sit with my epi pen ready just in case and dose with benadryl for days. A discount doesn't even cover it (I am a person discounts don't replace people!). WHAT I WANT is people to listen and do as I asked for the order THAT IS YOUR JOB. It is so simple. For now, I will not be going back. I was hoping for a better experience, but this wasn't it. Honestly, management needs to come down hard on the whole crew. They are lucky nothing more serious happened that last time, because I can tell you now I would have gotten a lawyer asap. ALSO being generous with the three stars for the previous employees I met who were amazing. I wish it would have been them! Also, the food is tasty. Truthfully, the people today deserve zero and that's because of attitude."
