"This location robbed me. I placed an order on the Carl's Jr app and arrived to find the store closed for lot paving. I've tried multiple times to contact Carl's Jr with no reply. The general manager didn't care and told me the app wasn't her problem. I'll never go back to this location again. I should be able to get a refund instead of disputing this on my credit card! Update: I was eventually given credit for this order in the app. It took about 3 weeks for corporate to respond to my claim. Had the manager simply replaced my order she could have saved everybody the hassle. What kind of restaurant has a general manager without the authority to buy an angry customer a burger?"

"Clean restaurant with good service. I love the fact that you can get a burger anytime instead of only breakfast. And the burgers are really good. My wife will usually try the new items and most of the she is satisfied with it. While on the road and need a quick meal, Carl's Jr is always a good choice."
