"Smoothies were good, a little watery but still good. Very large portions, the pricing is perfect for the size you get. There are a lot of add ons, each one is $1. I got the sunrise sunset with an energizer and it was very good. The staff were so polite and friendly, they welcome everyone in, the inside was very clean and organized. The wait time was longer than I expected but not too long, only about 7 minutes due to tons of online orders coming in."
"Ordered online ahead of time and went to grab breakfast and lunch for my son this morning. Pulled up to the drive-thru and there was some mumbling that I couldn't hear anything so I replied " I'm sorry I can't hear you", to which the girl at the other end yelled with an attitude. "What do you want!?!" I told her I had an online order and I pulled through. She opened the window and had the worst attitude of pretty much any fast food worker I've ever seen. Listen, I understand people have bad days, but if you hate your job that much you need to find a new job. Really thinking I won't come back to this location."
"Definitely overpriced for smoothies, but the portions are good for the full-sized. Kid-sized is pretty small. I usually go through the drive-thru, so don’t interact too much with the employees but service is always fine. Timing can be hit or miss; sometimes it can take a while. Chia banana boost smoothie is my fav."
"I go to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location all the time. Tonight they were unprofessional at the drive-thru and told us it would be 10-15 minutes to make the 2 smoothies we wanted due to them getting ready to close. It was 8:30 and they aren’t supposed to close until 9:00, but this ended up deferring us to a different location since we felt like they were going to rush making our smoothies. Anytime I worked at a job similar to this, I would never say something to defer customers. If anything, I was very warm and welcoming. So tip for the girl working the drive-through, maybe you shouldn’t act so unprofessional and make the customers happy regardless of the fact that you’re getting ready to close… :-)"
"The young girl who welcomes us is not serious, She leaves her food lying around and the household products are near the food. I had ordered over the phone and when I arrived, my order hadn't even started. I waited 15 mins for 1 sandwich."
