"We were a party of six on a very busy Friday night, service was excellent, food was excellent and out of six plates of pasta, five plates were completely cleaned and I had to take mine home just because I couldn't finish it. And don't get me started on how good the desserts are. It was delicious! And portions are more than generous. It was our first time at Pietros and it will not be our last. Rio and her crew are doing a phenomenal job!"

"We are staying at the inn at eagle mountain which is where the restaurant is. A small and intimate venue, quiet enough to have a conversation. The martinis we had - lemon drop for me and classic for my husband - were fantastic. Highly recommend the wedge salad and the lemon chicken. Great taste with lots of veggies and potatoes. Save room for the cheesecake, too. A gem of a restaurant."
