"Nice Panera location. Staff is great overall, and atmosphere is very pleasant. Value is mixed, while Panera has some good "specials", some of their products are pricey. It's amazing on how things have changed over the years. I use to go to Panera daily in my home town, but over the years, prices and the menu changed and it lost appeal. This has nothing to do with this location but I can see how Panera is trying now to bring customers back. This location has ample parking, great atmosphere and friendly staff. It is refreshing to go to a Panera and enjoy the time there, just like the "old days"."

"It’s real hit or miss here. I waited 15mi it’s for a sandwich that had been sitting on the counter the whole time. Then the lady said to her coworker not to the dinning room, hey do you k ow who Dave is. Being able to hear my name I spoke up grabbed my food and it was room temp. They did remake it but this is very unfortunate, they need more staff. Corporate need to take the hit of having more employees on hand because they were way too busy for the staff they had."

"Rude cashier. I have the sip club. Ordered online for a self-service drink. Went in and grabbed a cup. Lady starts saying how the cups will be behind the counter starting next week. Then, she says you need to register. I said I ordered online, do you want to see? She says no. I walk over and show her on my phone. As I'm walking away, she says again that I need to register. I said, "Go check the order screen. I'm not going to argue with you. She continues on. I just ignored her and proceeded to get my drink. There were other customers present. I had no problem with her confirming I had ordered. Her tone and volume were ridiculous. I will not go to this location anymore."

"This Panera is clean, doesn’t have the older Panera feel to it. Great space to grab a quick bite and work. Their new smoky, buffalo chicken melt is probably the best thing I’ve ever had at Panera, I’m usually not a fan of their food. Glad I came and ordered it."
