Domino's Pizza

"This is not the closest Domino's to my house but is my favorite! I have never received a bad pizza here, and service is always done by employees who seem to be happy at work!"

"I placed an order about a month ago and was handed incorrect items after realizing that we had the incorrect items I called the store and they said it was no problem they would remake my order for me so when I got back to the store, the clerk that was working, told me that he would put it down in the system that they would honor me to have two free medium pizzas the next time we ordered as long as we called in the order. Today I call in the order and I’m told that all the can do is give me a $25 store credit, to which I said that was fine since when I normally order online I use the online coupons and it’s around that cost. Come to find out, apparently you can’t use any coupons with a store credit, even though this was originally your stores fault… I was still charged $23 AFTER my store credit, this would have been cheaper to just order online with the coupons, because at this rate the mistakes that were originally made have not been rectified. And if anything I paid more than I would have just ordering online. Don’t make promises to customers that you can’t keep. I’m sorry but there is no way Dominoes medium pizzas are worth $20 a pop. We will not be back after this."

"Didn't even know this location existed until I ordered on the app. Never again going here. The food was really gross and overcooked. We ordered handtossed and got thin crust in the middle and thicker burnt crust on the outer edges as well as didn't add any garlic sauce to the crust. They didn't cut it all the way through so we had to rip it and ended up throwing the entire pizza out because we lost our appetite after trying the first slices. Complete waste of money."

"This order is an abomination to pizza orders. The thin crust pizza is blackened and burned, in addition to missing the sausage. The hand tossed has no garlic on the crust. Both pizzas are room temperature at best. We tried to call the store and we’re told all thin crusts are black on the edges. A second team member claimed that it’s their GM running their oven. Then they tried to speak over my husband claiming he was speaking over them. I want a refund for these items. The right thing would have been to offer to remake them as we have not touched the items given to us. It seems customers don’t matter to this location. — the worst part, our family used to own a Domino’s store and we know Dominos can do better!!!"

"Domino Pizza! 5/5 It’s all the hype and then some. 5/5 Ordered the pizza on the app. $7.99 specials 5/5. 5/5 My Order included thin crust with 3 toppings (spinach bacon and chicken) then $7.89 ordered specialty chicken with bacon and tomato 5/5. Tracking on the app 5/5. Totally awesome. 5/5 Order was ready when promised. 5/5 quality of the food was great. 5/5 Thanks Cody for preparing my order. 5/5 Great customer service when I picked up my order. 5/5 Easy app. 5/5 Clean inside and outside. 5/5 I highly recommend this location. Pizza tasted great good flavor not burned not under cooked. Perfect thin crust and fresh ingredients. The speciality chicken was awesome plenty of bacon and tomato.
