"While I've been enjoying the convenience of this location and it's drive thru on my way to work, I don't think I'll be returning. I've been ordering pumpkin spice white mochas for a few years now when they're in season and have purchased them at many locations. This morning I went back and forth with the gentlemen through the drive thru while ordering. I did not intend for my drink order to turn into an argument but it ended with him letting me know that I was wrong and there was no such drink. Working in the service industry I can tell you that there are a million different solutions other than telling a customer that they're wrong. I would just like to know that I am receiving what I'm paying for."
