"I used to like this location and their food is good it’s the customer service that has sucked worse lately. I got in line and ordered and mentioned to cashier I forgot to get Buffalo sauce, cashier says no issue just let them know and they will give me one. I went to the end and the manager/supervisor with the space buns argued and said I had to pay 60 cents and she would not allow me to get one regardless the cashier saying it was fine. The cashier had to hold up the entire line because she would not give me Buffalo sauce unless I paid 60 cents. Not once do they tell you this at all while ordering initially and we used to get sauce no problem. The cashiers you can tell were irritated with this process because it created more hassle than not. I think it’s better to go to another sandwich shop I won’t have this issue with and that won’t complain for me to pay 60 cents."

"Ordered 2 Bacon 3 cheese subs. Was basically forced by their system to tip. Okay, I tip. After our sandwiches are done, they tell me they are out of bacon. I ask for more steak instead, and am informed that I have to pay for that. I already paid for bacon, without it it is basically a Philly cheese, which costs less than I paid. Glad I tipped before I got the terrible service, I will not be back here, which is too bad, I really like the food."

"Food is excellent and this is why it gets 3 stars. The service leaves much to be desired. One order in front of me - for 2 sandwiches and one fry, and it still took 15 minutes to get my order of one sandwich and had to ask for my drink twice. Finally received it but had to show my receipt first."
