"The first time I had a mild chicken slider, it was overly sweet and salty and just tasted ...weird? I really really wanted to like it, it looked so good and it was a nice big juicy piece of chicken. I asked for a second opinion from someone who liked the flavor of theirs (but their sandwich was the same but hotter and half the size for some reason) and they agreed it didn't taste great. We were given a free meal and the medium was so much better flavor wise. I can't say this place is bad, I think everyone should try it and give it a taste. Everyone has preferences, maybe whatever they use in the mild is just not my thing. I'd try again if it wasn't so expensive for a test taste. Give the place a chance, I do think the people who run it care about quality and flavor. (Also I really enjoyed the fries) (A friend picked up for me, so I can't speak for customer service or the atmosphere)"

"I ordered the cauliflower slider. It was nasty. It didn't look like the ads. The cauliflower only took up 3 fourth s of the bun. And the sandwich looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time. The cauliflower was way too soft underneath the coating which enhanced the bad taste of the sandwich. I think that a better sandwich could be made for 9 plus dollars. The person who waited on me was very pleasant and the place was very clean. I will not order anything from this establishment again though because the food was lousy."

"First time there I put in my order at 7:26 I did not get my food until 8:23 even after going up multiple times to check on my order status. When I finally got my order I did not get what I ordered I got hot instead of reaper and hot which is what is stated on my receipt! Upon going up there and notifying (Avia) she tells me NO I PUT IT IN THERE, with a horrible attitude and I tell her your more than welcome to come look at our plates and she processed to storm to kitchen and yell at her employee reaper asap. So I go sit down and wait, an employee passes by and I explain the situation and understands and that’s when they let me know she is the avia (boss) and informs me to right a review! But wait it gets better upon waiting for my order I get brought a piece of bread with a piece of chicken not a slider, at that point the whole process seemed like a joke. I really hope she isn’t the person you have representing your store as management or any kind of charge because she has very poor customer service skills!"
