"The young man who waited on us on Sunday morning was so nice, made us a great lunch, but it was his service level and kindness that i hope to experience on our next visit back. He is a dedicated, hard worker, and we very much appreciate him. Thank you!"
"Best subway in town!! Tony is awesome and the customer service is unmatched. Better sandwich quality I find too."
"Terrible customer service from the white girl who has a hair cut. All I asked is to replace her cloves. She gave me dirty look and she walked away ignoring me and not finishing my order. Now I left the restaurant without food. Please Teach your workers to respect customers. Thanks."
"Today I visited the subway at Pima and pinnacle peak for my lunch. The worker was making a couple of sandwiches before mine that had pork on them. Asked the worker to please change her gloves since I am allergic to pork. She was arguing with me that it was hot and her hands were sweaty and it was too difficult to change them. Then because the line was getting longer she was raising her voice so everyone waiting would know that I was making everyone wait because I was asking her to do something that she should be doing after each sandwich that they make. Just change the gloves as to not cross contaminate my food. Then she called for someone else who was acting like she was in charge. She just started agreeing with her coworker instead of asking what she could do to help me. What kind of customer service is that? She was saying that what her coworker was trying to say is that everything touches everything anyway so why change the gloves. So then I just asked her to ring me out and when I asked if there was a survey on the receipt she said that she answers all surveys that are sent in. I have been in customer service for over 10 yrs and if I ever acted that way towards a customer I would have been fired. I don’t know who trains your employees but maybe they need to be fired so that your employees actually learn how to do customer service correctly."
"This was a great experience at Subway in N Scottsdale. It was a weather of excitement hail, rain and sun. There are pictures."
