"Contrary to other reviews, my son and I had a great experience here! While I do wish the original crust was vegan (like it is at Mod) so we didn't have to do a $4 upcharge for gluten free, I still appreciate that they have a vegan option available. The toppings were great, and I love that they have vegan meat and cheese. The pizza was cooked just right. I loved the BBQ and spicy Buffalo finishing sauces. The only downside is that they only had one gluten free/vegan crust left, so my son and I had to split a pizza and he was still hungry after. Definitely will be back though, please keep those vegan crusts in stock!"

"I've gone here a few times already. Both times, pizza was burnt some where you could taste it, but it was still edible. The last time I went, I had the worst experience with a worker named Chelsea. I bought a pizza and had a coupon for a free drink. I got up to the register, and the coupon wouldn't scan, so I asked if she could just give me the soda, and she looked at me and said, "Why would I give you something for free?" Well, because I'm spending $20 here, and I have a coupon that's valid that says I can get one with a purchase. And how much do you lose on fountain drink like 30 cents or something. So to make a long story short very rude and young workers who aren't looking to help or work and in the end I canceled my order over the free soda and the rude service and they didn't even seem to care. They just laughed when I said I no longer wanted the pizza and was just going to leave. Take it as you will, but I will never spend another penny of mine here again. There are so many other better pizza places that care about their food and customers. Stay far away, and if you do go, don't say I didn't warn you."

"Well I’m not one for just going off others reviews, but having just tried this place my expectations were disappointing and the other reviewers were 100% right. Pizza was extremely underwhelming, looked and tasted like a frozen pizza. Staff was nice and friendly and food was done on time."

"We checked them out this weekend and I have to say, Reb Barron frozen pizza has more flavor and a better crust. Pieology is a very minimalist version of Mod Pizza. Mod is more customer friendly, better quality and great value. No one greeted us when we walked in. After watching one of the employees playing with some pizza dough at the counter for awhile, we had to tell him that we would like to place our order...... Not going to be back."

"Placed an online order. The team didn’t even start on my order until arrived and they asked me if I ordered online. Pizza was not fully cooked. I have had undercooked pizza but this dough was still raw."
