"Absolutely ridiculous. Went to return a pair of shoes because they did not fit me, the lady never told me if I returned them I’d lose my 15 dollar reward UNTIL after I did the return! Then she was disrespectful about it. Will never ever shop here again. Have had nothing but issues and disrespect."

"This store was my absolute fave late 90's - 2005.i We'd use the coupons and get 350$ worth clothing for like a 125. Loved the staff.. But no more, I won't go in there again. Their Clearance prices are ridiculous and the employees are to busy talking to each other! Sorry Torrid- more like Horrid"
"Friendly staff, clean store and dressing rooms. The back two thirds of the store is quite cramped but it's not something that deters me from coming. I completely appreciate being welcomed upon entering and I love the fact that the employees are so willing to help me pick things that go together (because I suck at it). I always feel so comfortable and confident when I shop there, which is super important because clothes shopping is already stressful enough everywhere else that isn't "big girl friendly"."
