"Went in at 545pm on a Friday. 5 people working, they saw me at the counter and ignored me for almost 10 minutes, despite some of them doing nothing. Sure, the drive thru was busy, and they had a GrubHub order to fill, but that's no excuse for outright ignoring customers. Then the lady taking the order got it wrong and overcharged me, and couldn't figure out how to undo it. At least the food was tasty, but the rest was a total $#!& show"
"Customer service is not good, employees are not very welcoming. My order was messed up. Food and trash all over the place, hard to find a clean place to sit. The soda machine looked dirty and sticky. I will NOT return to this place ever again!"
"I went through the drivethrough pretty late about 1040 I ordered the chicken wrap like I always do with extra everything this thing was a beautiful beautiful piece of work I tell you it was the best chicken wrap I've ever had I want to thank whoever made it and also the single I got with that was excellent as well and that was yesterday I was just in the 7th or the 8th anyway thank you so much you guys are great"
