Barro's Pizza

"Arrived to collect a Doordash order, wait at pickup line, but staff prioritized dine-in customers line, ignoring me. After 20 mins, told to join dine-in line. What's the point of having delivery pickup line?? Why did they still receiving order from Doordash if they are not willing to serve it?? It's end up with customer cancel the order for long waiting. I am wasting my time for nothing and lost opportunity to get another order. Frustrating experience!"

"Went today 2/23/24 between 12:30-1:05pm the front staff is horrible. The girls running the register, and dishing the pizza were so polite to ANY male customer flirting, and catering; but as my friend, and I are both women we were met with nothing but smug attitude. The only customer service clearly exists only if you are male. Mind you it’s this establishment I’ve never had this experience at other Barro’s restaurants. It’s inexcusable that none of the booths were cleaned even though they were vacant. I was even meant with attitude over requesting a to go box. Worst experience EVER!!!!!"

"Why do you ask for my name, and never let me know my order is ready? I respectfully sit there and watch you serve all those behind me until I had to ask, 40 minutes later. Good food. Bad service."

"I ordered DoorDash and specifically said to hand the food to me and they left it outside on the dirty ground outside of my hotel room door and didn't call or message to say it was delivered. I had to check the app. Disgusting!! I asked for white sauce pizza and tasted nothing at all on the pizza. It was just plain with toppings. If they offer white sauce for $1 up charge, I would think it would be some sort of garlic parmesan or olive oil spread or even ranch. But I tasted or saw nothing. Despite the toppings the pizza lacked a lot of flavor. Very disappointing being my first time here."

"Usually order pizza and wings, but today decided to order some subs. We ordered club sandwiches, one with white bread one wheat lots of meat, fresh greens. Liked them alot. Will order these again. Nice change"
