"Joe's makes a good thin crust. If they burned it just a little more I might even call it New Haven style. Slices are the right price for the neighborhood but no menu on the wall is proof that they charge whatever they want."
"I'll say this, since I'm in AZ and there's no other decent Pizza out here I'll go to Joe's. But if I was back in New York or Jersey where I'm from it would be the last place I'd go. I do have to say that the cannolis are the best I've ever had including from back east. Downfall, ownership changes hands quite often and prices are just made up out of the blue especially at night. A canoli, one slice and a soda will set you back almost $16. Ouch! Nighttime almost $20. You're better off getting a dinner where the prices are posted. Never have Sicilian pizza available. I'm afraid to think of how long the crusts are sitting there in the back if somebody orders one to be delivered because they have to be pre-made"
"Small basically hole in the wall pizza joint with pizza by the slice! Best pizza I've had in the area! Open late and was packed with all the bar hopping. Even though it was packed, there really is no wait. In and out with a hot, crispy crust, pizza slice. Highly recommend."
