"I have really tried to like to this place. When I first started coming here, the açaí bowls were good. But the last 3x I have come here, they have gotten the orders wrong or the açaí was extra soupy. They either forgot my protein in it, didn’t put the nut butter, and this last time they didn’t put my bananas or blueberries on my bowl along with the strawberries that i requested all in which I was charged extra for as I had wanted extra items. I tip you guys 20% every time i come in and this is what happens. You shouldn’t expect a tip if you can’t do your job."

"OK so this review is gonna be a little bit long. I drove up and I saw a whole bunch of people that are very thin and look like they work out a lot. I'm a bigger woman but I like to try all kinds of food's including healthy food, so I found the vibe intimidating. I was with my son who convinced me to go in. When you enter protein house the music is loud but not so loud that you can't have a private conversation. The menu was a little confusing because there is so many different variations. My son ordered the impossible burger and I had the PH protein salad. The food was ready so fast that even though this was a sit down place (you can order to go also) the food was ready in like 10/ 15 min. The food was really good, we honestly had no complaints. The one thing that did rub me the wrong way was that a customer had a big spill and other customers helped that person but none of the staff did anything or say anything. They just watched as they worked. That was a little upsetting. But other then that it was great and I don't regret going in. I actually made plans with a vegetarian friend next week to go there."
