Just a few weeks ago, I was able to place an order online without any issues. However, my latest attempt to order online was met with disappointment as the service was unavailable. Opting for a direct visit, I anticipated a smooth transaction using Apple Pay, only to be informed that this payment method is not accepted. This was particularly frustrating given the proximity of NauticalBowls, a competitor within the same complex, which not only offers online ordering but also accepts various forms of payment, including Apple Pay. This discrepancy in service and convenience is baffling and, frankly, a bad business move for this Nékter location. It’s disheartening to see a lack of consistency and adaptability in their operations, especially when alternatives are demonstrating how seamless and customer-friendly the experience can be."

"We loved the protein bowl and chia parfait. I was disappointed my free 16oz smoothie that i downloaded, linked to FB and my cell didn't work while I was there. Though, it's not cheap so it is worth going back for it another time. It's near a really fun shopping facility and really hits the spot after the Fit4Moms workout at Desert Ridge!"
