"I come here quite a bit and I feel like at least 1 in 4 times something is wrong with my order. Either they forget I had an item or the person at the drive thru doesn't pay attention to my order and then they mess it up and don't ask me at the window. I even place online orders and somehow, even though right on the cup it says what to do, they still don't get it right. I really don't want to be rude but it's not hard at all to follow instructions and it is getting pretty tiring having to constantly deal with messed up orders. I feel like there are certain people at your location that do fantastic and then other people that don't care at all."
