The chef is beyond talented, while using the only highest quality ingredients, he creates a masterpiece of flavors in every dish. The wife is absolutely a doll and so sweet. The establishment was beautiful with live plants flourishing throughout the place. We were visiting from Miami and will definitely be back! We wish we had you guys in Miami! "We had an amazing dinner tonight at Confluence. We had the mushroom Voul-au-Vent for an appetizer, which was delicious. My friends said their iberico porkchop and quail were fantastic. I had the snapper, which was perfectly prepared, and I felt like licking my plate as the polenta was outstanding. We ended with coffee and churros for dessert. The waitress was wonderful. "Well, we made it back to try the five course dinner, and it did not disappoint. Victoria and Brandon, husband, and wife, and also the owners of this establishment. I have to admit I haven’t seen a better oiled machine, than the two of them at this restaurant. Super clean organized unbelievable, the whit mushroom soup was delicious. "Last night was our first time dining here and we did the chef’s tasting menu… every course was amazing and inventive. The local Guinea hen was such a surprise, and was prepared so inventively. Our favorite of the evening was a tossup between wagyu beef cheek appetizer and the pumpkin cheesecake dessert. They also brilliantly paired the meal with wines throughout the course. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming too! We will definitely be back, especially since the menu changes with the seasons and with with whatever gem ingredients the chef sources."
