They did it, not knowing how a toaster works and had the nerve to put the guac on top like its suppose to hide the taste.. I think they all need to be retrained on how to serve food properly. Dunkin donuts you could hire and do better"

"Went through the drive thru, ordered an iced mocha and the worker was like “is that hot or iced?” Like ??? I just told you? Then I asked what are your latte flavors and they answer “our lattes are made of milk..” and I said the FLAVORS. Then I order hash browns just so I’m told “our oven is closed for cleaning”. Soooo you’re also not selling food when you’re supposed to, and you don’t even know your OWN menu? This place is wacko, no management and the staff on the clock just get to do whatever they want and pretty much they decided they’re getting paid to do nothing. That’s society nowadays!"

"They say they open at 4am; however, I get here at 4:15am anlmost every day for my morning coffee and about 50% of the time I get there, it’s not open yet. I also noticed the staff also like to keep the lights off inside from about 4am-5am each morning- likely to limit the amount of traffic coming in during the early hours since it very much appears to be closed when the lights are out. It’s really frustrating because I time my day out specifically to get their coffee every morning at 4:15 and when I drive all the way there only for no one to be at work yet it forces me to go to Starbucks across the street. The owner needs to have a talk with staff because this is impacting sales AND pushing people to their competitor…"

"All the employees there when we visited did an amazing job both at fulfilling our orders and at being super friendly and helpful. They seemed to be that way to everyone including what seemed to be a few regulars that stopped in that resulted in big hellos from the staff. Recommend this location!The photo is of the cool lighting!"
