"Truly excellent coffee served by kind, friendly, and customer service oriented owners. This was an exceptional coffee experience for me and I highly recommend their ginger coffee. Lookinf forward to going back to try the samosas."
"Check out the video below in the posted photos. It gives you a feel of the wholesomness of Aisha & A.T. Oasis. Her café has the best coffee in Phoenix! A.T. Oasis imports fresh green coffee beans directly from Ethiopia (the birthplace of coffee) from the best plantations, and they roast the beans themselves. So your coffee is subtitle, smooth, and you pick up natural flavors in the coffee (like fine wines that pick up the flavours of their environment, so too the Ethiopian coffees that A.T. Oasis serves), the coffee at A.T. Oasis is amazing. If you get traditional coffee ceremony, your coffee grounds are roasted in front of you in a "Menkeshkesh" and prepared in a, "Jebena" a clay coffee pot & served with frankincense & myrr incense & you are whisked back to the old world, as you have coffee the way they did a thousand years ago in Ethiopia. Amazing! A.T. Oasis is a very international Café; Be prepared to hear languages from all over the world inside this quaint café. You will hear any number of Eritrean and Ethiopian languages as well as languages from all over Europe, the Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia Far East, and Native American languages. I love how this café brings all people together. Aisha and her café have enriched my life, may yours be enriched as well."
"I am so inspired by Aisha and Abdul's warmth, their passion for hospitality, and the quality of their coffee. Talking with them felt like meeting family I didn't know I had. I know much has been said in other reviews about the literally amazing coffee (plus ginger coffee, chai, etc.) here, and those reviews are not wrong. Whenever coffee is good enough to drink without training wheels I'll always opt to drink it black. And, lemme just say, drinking this coffee black provided one of the most flavorsome and smooth experiences of my life. The medium roasting is exceptionally done, and the resulting brew is redolent with the very best flavors coffee can offer, from light floral and berry notes to tomato leaf to funky rum to earthy chocolate. The revelry while drinking this bordered on something spiritual, and I highly encourage anyone and everyone -- whether or not your think of yourself as a coffee geek -- to check this place out."
"This coffee shop is amazing… I got a plain old cup of coffee with sugar & cream mixed perfectly.. I also tried the coconut cake.. which pair very well with the coffee .. this place is a MUST"
"Absolutely amazing coffee shop. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not only that, but the welcoming environment seemed to have an effect on the other guests, who were all polite and quick to spark conversation. The ambiance was fantastic, with plenty of seating in what feels like a small cozy space. The food did not disappoint and the traditional coffee was an amazing experience of coffee and incense. Stop by and check this place out!"
