"Not JUST a tire shop! Originally I was calling around trying to get prices on tires for my car. I called several places and they quickly threw out some prices and I could tell they were just trying to get off the phone. When I called Tire Pros on Cooper and Guadalupe Travis answered the phone. Travis spent time explaining the levels of tires and warranties without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. We agreed on a tire and he let me know Eddy would be the one to take care of us the next day. The incorrect tire size was sent and Travis immediately called me to inform me of it but also let me know he’d already reordered the correct size and assured me that my vehicle would still be taken care of the same day. I told them my front right side was making a “noise” they offered to take a look at it and let me know what was going on with my front end. The dealership told me “nothing is wrong with the grinding noise you hear.” Eddy and Travis were honest and patient with explaining what needed to be done with my car in the most cost effective way, as they knew that was important to me. I also dropped my truck off for a quick tire rotation and they had it done in no time at all. Full customer service from the initial phone call to completing both my vehicles.
