"Although the particular (used) car I wanted to see was not available because it was in the shop having the convertible top motor replaced, we had intended to check out another nearly identical car located at the Chandler AutoNation. They contacted that AutoNation and Zach took us over there and we were able to test drive it back to the Gilbert dealership. Very nice of them to offer to work with the Chandler dealership in that regard. There was no buying pressure and we did, in fact, buy that car. All the paperwork was done at the Gilbert dealership and I was very impressed with their efficiency. Since we are from Tucson, they agreed to extend the return guarantee mileage to 350 miles (versus 200). They do have one odd requirement I have never ran into before - they require proof of insurance on the car before the deal is finalized. That wasn't too big of a deal since it only took a call to our insurance company which emailed me the proof immediately. I did, however, have to ask a young man - who just happened to be walking by - to get it out of my phone for them (that just dated me! Lol!). Kind of him to help. Nonetheless, it is probably the best run dealership I have ever dealt with - and I have dealt with many over the years. I highly recommend them."

"They were great! Didn't pester right when I pulled up like a lot of other dealerships and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Clint was amazing! He worked with me on pricing, answered all of my questions, got me set up in my new car, and made sure I knew how to work all of its features before I left. Very friendly group, wasn’t necessarily planning on buying a car that day but glad I bought a car here. I was pretty intimidated about the car buying process but it was very smooth with these guys!"

"If I could review with 0 stars that would have been my choice. My husband surprised me with a brand new Chevy Tahoe Z71 for Mother's Day in 2023 from AutoNation Gilbert Arizona. While the gift was thoughtful and the initial excitement was high, our experience with the dealership has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying taxes and waiting patiently for 10 months, I am still unable to get my license plates due to the dealership's failure to provide the necessary documentation. Their lack of assistance and follow-through has been frustrating and unacceptable. As a resident of Texas, this has caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary hassle. I urge potential customers to consider this before making a purchase from them. Update : AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert While I appreciate the acknowledgment of my review, I am disappointed to report that it has been nearly a week since its submission, and we have yet to receive any communication from management regarding the resolution of our missing documentation for our license plates. Regrettably, this appears to be a recurring issue based on reviews I have encountered regarding this dealership. While we have exercised patience, the ten-month duration for resolution is unreasonable. Could you kindly direct us to the appropriate individual or department to escalate this matter, as our attempts to seek assistance from management have proven unsuccessful thus far?"
