"This was by far the best experience I've had in a bad situation ever! Jorge Rodriguez was the absolute best to deal with. Although they did not have the tire I needed at his location he called multiple other locations near by, and made sure that they had hands on the tire I needed and was going to get the quoted price when I arrived before I left his location. Not to mention everyone in the shop was smiling, laughing and running from the shop, to vehicles to get them, communicate with customers or to get tires. I will forever buy my tires from discount tires from here on out. 10 out of 10 experience from service, to quality of work, and price. Thank you Jorge Rodriguez and queen Creek quality tire for the wonderful experience."

"Called this location this morning when my car had a flat. They got it right in, fixed it, and I was on my way with that car in under 2 hours. Ironically, I had talked to this location about a week before regarding a new set of 4 for a different vehicle. Unexpectedly, they had already had those tires sent to this store even though I had not paid a dime yet. Thought it might be a long shot, but they were also able to get that car in same day and up and running with 4 new tires. Their prices are very fair too. Because they were busy on a Saturday and I was there with two cars, I talked to several different people. They were all VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. EXCELLENT customer service and in my opinion really went above and beyond! Glad I found this location and will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs tires. Thank you!"

"Pretty disappointed. Spent $2k+ on tires here. Called ahead to make an appointment, and ensure they had the tires I wanted. I got there, and they (of course) did not have them, but happened to have a set that would work…at $60 more per tire. Even having an appointment, it still took them 3+ hours for just tires, no other services. Two days later, I heard a clunk from the front wheel…pulled the center cap, and had a lug nut just rolling around inside it! Our fleet manager put me in charge with the manager “Jorge”, and after one email explaining the issues, he ghosted me. Lame. I like Discount as a whole, but I won’t be back to spend my $$ at this store."

"When I need help with tires, I go here because the staff is super helpful and friendly, I can make an appointment if I want to, and once they get to my vehicle they are efficient and accurate. I also appreciate that they send text updates regularly and send a link to follow the progress on the vehicle as well. And if I choose to wait in the store, they have comfy seats and water bottles, making it a bearable wait. Today I had an appointment to drop my car off to remove a screw and have the tire repaired. I dropped my car off much earlier than my appointment time and figured they would get to it eventually. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text about 30 minutes after I left saying it was done. Great experience! So why the 4 star review? Because the number one reason I like to make appointments anywhere is to save time, but here I still have to stand in the regular line and wait an undetermined amount of time just to drop my keys off to them. Today it was about a 20 minute wait. If they had one dedicated line or employee for appointments/drop-offs, or even a secure drop box of some sort for me to drop my keys in, that would be amazing, and would bump my review up to 5 stars."

"I spent $960 on tires today at this discount tire. I left the shop and headed to pick my kids up from school when the tire pressure light came on, my right from tire was 51 psi. I pulled over and checked the tire and there was a huge tear in it, I was really worried about driving with my kids in the car with a tire that was about to explode so I had to make other arrangements to get them from school. Went back to the shop and while they did replace it, they didn’t apologize at all. I seemed like more of an annoyance to them, very disappointed and I will not be going back here. It’s scary to think about what could’ve happened if I hit a pot hole or got on the freeway, it’s completely unacceptable and extremely unsafe."
