"I came here last week because i was having issues with my car battery. Explained to the gentleman (who was wearing an awesome hat that day) that my car turned on when I pressed the battery under the hood. The gentleman knew it needed to be screwed on tighter, grabbed his tools and screwed it tight for me. My battery wasnt installed properly by AAA. After he screwed everything tight, my car turned on and i havent had issues since. Every time i come here they are always helpful and more than willing to explain things to me and to try their best!!! Someone from this store even changed my break light. I dont mean to compare but they have been more helpful than autozone. -Thanks guys!"

"Very knowledgeable staff and although I had to wait a little bit to get helped initially, the employee did greet me for in a friendly way and let me know they would be right with me. The great part was that my battery was in need of replacement and the gentleman changed the battery for me right in the parking lot! Wow, what amazing service, I just can't get over how friendly these O'Reilly clerks truly are!"
