"5 months later the manager has made enemies of the community and has sent me text messages on my personal number. LIVING RENT FREE IN SOMEONES HEAD GET A LIFE AND TREAT PEOPLE BETTER. YOU DID THAT ALL ON YOUR OWN BOO BOO but serving stale bread you should know better shouldn't you ? Would you eat at place that is suppose to bake bread daily but serves you day old bread? Seriously? That's by the book? Imagine the entire staff quit: a store that was top ten in speed will never see it again. Hard to rate people with no experience. Even harder to get what you want from an untrained crew. Keep in mind some situations are avoidable. How you treat people greatly reflects the outcomes you receive. Food for thought because you won't get what you wanna eat here Imagine pulling up and when they see you they bring the order to your vehicle but you give them a 1 star review. Not a very fair and honest review if you ask me. It would also be weird to ask someone 1 question 1 time and say it was several times or to say someone was aggressive. It would be weird to leave saying have a great day guys and then leave a reivew that doesn't reflect what actually happened. It would be weird to say the person who wished you a good day was standing by and laughing. It would also be weird to delete a review after being asked about it. Then leaving another without a face on the profile. It would also be weird to give this place a 1 star review and come and send 100$ a week on service after you were asked do you like the service? So far so good, then leaves a 1 star review. All you have to do to have a great time here is speak clearly and not from the passenger seat. Staff has been here for years and remember everyone when you make yourself memorable. Great place if you wanna be a great person, love it!"

"On site is great! On line ordering is horrible. We always get Xtra lg hot coffee Xtra sugar and Xtra cream. When ordering on line, there's no place for Xtra cream and you can't contact the store. Coffee is very bitter. We paid over 14.00 for 2 coffees that we'll have to pour down the drain"

"I went in for a coffee at 1pm on a Saturday. One other customer in the store, but I am told by the female employee they will be with me when they can. 5 minutes later, I've been completely ignored and I'm still waiting to just order! I finally tried again to order, and I was told they were super busy and they have a lot of orders. And they have no idea how long before they can take my order. Absolutely the worst customer service! So, I'll go somewhere that values their customers. Definitely won't be back to DD ever! Thanks for reaffirming that Starbucks is the way to go!!!! And this is a pic of the empty drive-thru..."

"I have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately it's gone downhill and the last few months. I am so disappointed. I come there every day Monday through Friday to get my morning coffee and. Avocado toast as well as sometimes a grilled cheese. I used to order on the app So it was ready for me to pick up. I had to stop doing that Because every time I would come to get my food The bread was never toasted and was Cold. So I started leaving my house earlier so I could order it in person and ask for them to toast the bread. Extra extra toasted. I told them I liked the bread dark. Somehow they still cannot get it toasted. I'm talking about any color on the bread at all. It was completely mushy. After almost 3 months of dealing with this, I've given up and decided to just drive farther to another location that can get my order right. I'm so disappointed this one was just by my house. You would think they would know how to work a toaster. I guess spending almost eighty dollars there a week probably doesn't really matter to them."
