"I’m not one to normally complain, and I love this location. I used to come here all the time but lately their service has been awful. Today I was having a bad day at work so I decided to treat myself to Dutch Bros afterwards to cheer myself up but they made my experience awful. I understand that this is a busy location and I’m okay with the wait but today especially, they stalled their own line talking to somebody in front of the line for a good 20 minutes I don’t know who this person was but I literally saw every single employee come up to this car and talk to whoever it was and they were holding up the line. Not only that but by the time I got to the window, I could see all the drinks piled up for the whole line all because they were talking to one car forever and to top it off they gave away my order to the wrong car. They had to remake it in front of me. It was absolutely ridiculous. I’m just so mad. In total I waited 40 minutes for what should’ve been like 20."

"Love Dutch bros and have given multiple 5 star reviews for various locations. This one took 40 minutes to get a coffee and you are unable to leave the drive thru due to the curbs and being blocked in. Go somewhere else unless you have an hour to get a drink. They are obviously short staffed at this location."

"Stopped by for some iced coffee and was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly as this was the first time ordering here. I downloaded the app and first drink was free, pretty cool ! I wish we had one in NY, the quality of their coffee was nice, smooth and rich"

"First of all, this is the busiest Dutch around. No matter the time of day, there’s always a HUGE drive thru line. What is more, their blended Rebels actually suck. When they give it to you, it‘s always already so watered down, it looks like it was standing around for like an hour. I assume their machines are like messed up, but I definitely won’t be getting rebels there anymore. Anything that’s not blended is fine. Chais are good. Also the music they play is bad.
