"I recently visited Walmart Auto Care for a new car battery replacement and air filter replacements, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Raul, Olivia, and Breanna. Their level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Raul, Olivia, and Breanna greeted me with warm smiles and a willingness to help. They quickly assessed the issues with my car and provided expert recommendations. Their knowledge and expertise as mechanics were evident throughout the entire process, putting me at ease knowing my car was in capable hands. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. They took the time to explain the repairs needed, ensuring I understood every step of the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. I left Walmart Auto Care feeling grateful to have met such a fantastic team. Raul, Olivia, and Breanna are undoubtedly the best in the business, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs. I have no doubt that any future customers will be just as impressed with their service as I was. Thank you, Raul, Olivia, and Breanna, for your dedication and outstanding work. You've gained a loyal customer, and I'll definitely be returning for any future repairs. Keep up the fantastic job, Walmart Auto Care Team!"
"Doug in auto care at Walmart today was super fast, so kind, and polite and very patient! Thank you for your help Doug!!!!!"
"Showed up for four new truck tires, and the ones showing available online were not available at the store. Undeterred I selected an alternate brand and was told it would take one to two hours. I waited a while and then wandered around the store. After 90 minutes I returned to find my truck was in the same spot and a vehicle a jumped ahead of me (Cali plates, go figure). I was told it would be another hour and a half, I took my keys and left. It wasn't that busy, and neither were the "techs", so I have no idea what the hold up was. Would give zero stars if I could."
"I was charged $56 for lifetime rotate & balance without anybody telling me about it when I bought 4 tires here. When I noticed it and tried to get my money back, they refused. Do not go to Walmart auto for your tires."
"Everyone here is ALWAYS extremely nice and helpful. New front tires @ a fraction of the cost of other retailers w/out the BS of someone trying to sell you something you dont need. I have to edit my original review because today I had to bring the car back due to it wobbling. Upon inspection, the REAR passenger tire had the tread coming off of it. Why nobody caught this during the initial tire inspection and I installation is beyond my comprehension. So I had to buy another 2 tires because the rear driver's side tire was also showing alot of wear on the very inside. I asked DOUG if he had anything to say as to why the problem was not noticed on my original visit to install 2 new front tires on the 24th of October, he looked at me with contempt and said, "NO." He then turned and walked away from me as I proceeded to ask his name, he ignored me and kept walking towards my car, opened the door, muttering and sticking his knee into my driver's side leather seats. I called out to him again, sir, can I please have your name, he completely ignored me. After about 2 minutes or a little less, he walked up to me and said, NO, I have nothing to say. I walked away and went inside the Walmart to ask for a manager, the person who helped me at the counter was very nice, told me to take a deep breath and relax (in a nice way) while she called for a manager. I waited about 5 minutes while explaining to her that I could not believe how I was just treated, and for Doug to have walked away like that muttering who knows what, was totally unacceptable and NOT the way Walmart handles customer service. There is a greeter at the door when you come in and then there is a person who says goodbye and thanks for shopping at Walmart, but no one to say I am sorry we forgot to tell you that you could of had an accident or worse with the condition of your back tire, that we overlooked upon our vehicle inspection for tire service? So then the manager arrives, looking quite aggravated because as he stated to me, he was supposed to have been gone an hour ago. He stared at my paperwork for several minutes and after hearing what I had to say, he also, said nothing, nothing about my question as to how something like that could have been overlooked and nothing about how Doug had treated me. I then asked the manager to please go and look at the tire himself to see how serious the matter was. He walked off and after a few minutes came back with a whole different attitude and although he did offer an apology, he again made it a point to tell me he was supposed to have been gone already which is why he said he reacted the way he did when he 1st came over. This whole experience went from pleasant to very disturbing in a matter of 30 minutes. I still want to know how a tire with the tread ripped and torn on the inside was overlooked by someone who had the car up on a lift and who supposedly did an inspection? I am not going to let this go, @Walmart corporate is going to hear from me."
