"It's really hard to expect high when it comes to fast food. Mostly results will just gonna disappoints us! They almost never serves fresh made but still so slow in serving our orders!"

"Your employee at 9:50 2/08 got an attitude and barked at me to speak up at the drive-thru speaker, and when i got to the window i explained that he couldn't hear me because of the obnoxiously loud truck in front of me. I suggested that trucks like that should be politely asked to shut off if they aren't moving so they can hear people at the speaker. Your employee then proceeded to tell me THERE WAS NO TRUCK IN FRONT OF ME after he had literally just handed the man food. He then started to angrily accuse me of being the problem, and that i should have to scream into the speaker at the top of my lungs so he could hear me, instead of the extremely loud truck just shutting off. Extremely rude. How does an employee get away with being that rude to a customer and flat out lying and saying there was no truck there?"

"Heres the thing in the last 5 years the food has actually been horrible stale buns hamburgers that taste like they been sitting waiting for someone to order. And someone needs to show them the proper amount of dressing to put on the bread. Anything they put the dressing its just way to much cant taste anything else. It sure isnt the same mcdonalds i enjoyed for 30 years after last thing i got that was it for me. Its one thing to raise the price on stuff its another to make every thing small for that price hike. Shame on you mcdonalds."

"Went inside to pick up a doirdash order and place an order for myself. I ordered several apple pies. Shortly after placing my order, the manager on duty, a kind gentleman, advised that they were out of apple pies and were cooking fresh ones, but it would be about 15 minutes. I delivered the doordash order and came back for my pies. They were so busy at this time but the manager was so nice and was doing an excellent job encouraging, praising and leading his entire team in a positive and effective manner. I got my pies shortly after coming back and they were excellent."

"Beautiful done McGriddle with extra cheese, patty and sausage. Ordered through the app and was already ready in less than 5 mins. Customer service was fast and efficient. Thank you!"
