"I'm a long time customer. I frequent this location's drive thru several times a week and have had good service. Today, however, was an exception. I was in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes. The line just wasn't moving. When I finally pulled up to the window, I asked the barista if they were short-staffed and she admitted they were. I waited at the window for a good 5 minutes more and was then handed my iced drink. I began to drive off and when I picked up my drink by the side, the entire lid flipped off and my drink spilled all over my shirt and my car. I guess they didn't make sure the lid was on securely. Not a happy customer today, at all."
