"I really enjoy this place. Carter and Sam know I am a clean freak so they always offer to wipe the table for me. I would go 5 stars if the proactive cleaning processes were better. I know it is hard in today's workforce to ask employees to do the busywork instead of chilling during downtime. That said, I am very thankful they treat me so well and clean a spot fo me to work from when I come in here. This is one of my favorite DD locations anywhere."

"Went though the drive through this morning. The customer service was no existent. The Manager was working drive through and she didn’t say welcome to dunkin or good morning or anything. I placed a medium order 20$several items and they cut me off and said total at the window didn’t ask if I would like Anything else. At the window they never gave me a receipt and their screen showing the correct total Is broken. I tried to go inside to ask for a receipt but the lobby is closed Really a poor experience. If you are reading this form Dunkin’ please do something it’s clear the manager there does not care."

"I was able to place a mobile order on the app tonight but this location was closed when I tried to pick it up and the worst part is that I can't even cancel it. For some reason they closed an hour earlier tonight. I've been coming here since they first opened because I live right around the corner but this location has been going down hill for awhile now. There's always an issue. I've ordered drinks on the app in the afternoon only to arrive and they're out of either cups, cold brew or syrup. The coffee is always extremely watered down even when I ask for light ice. I never receive an apology for a mistake made and my mobile orders are never ready by the time I get there. It's really too bad because this use to be a nice place to go to. I guess I'll just have to go to one of the other bazillion or so coffee shops around 7th Street and Bell Road."
