"If you ever want to request no pickles just know it will almost NEVER happen. And if you love soggy wet hamburgers please eat here. I use to work at McDonald’s it’s not even remotely hard to put a burger together without pickles and vertically, it even says it on the ticket. My burger even had a tag saying no pickle. I would go back but that’s such a waste of gas and time."

"If zero stars were an option I would give that. If they give u something different than what u order and u return it untouched and no longer want it because of the inconvenience of driving back, they will NOT refund the money you paid for the food they did not give u. They will tell u to call the manager who is the ONLY one who can do a refund. Fine... that was 8 days ago and every day I call when the manager is scheduled to work and they always seem to have left early or not come in. Contact corporate and they apologize and say that yes the refund has to be handled by the store and that they have contacted the store and told the manager to contact me. Multiple times. But clearly the manager of the store should not be a manager because they do not do basic managing things that are required by only them to do. There's your warning. Pay, don't get what u paid for and no refund for u!"

"Lunch rush and the fries are cold, undercooked and just plain disgusting!?! And the burger was 'warm' but only had one drop of condiments and 1/4 of the veg it should have. Employees: if you hate your job, get a new one. Please."

"The signs show that they have the Kerwin Frost box and McRibs but they don't have either. How hard is it to fix the sign? Then they had me pull off to the side for 10 minutes for items that should have been ready. This location has really gone down hill."
