"I usually don’t review more casual restaurants, but I felt it to be worthwhile to note that the staff has always been excellent here in the little over 2 years that this location has been open. The last time I went there on Friday, I had placed a mobile order rather late (like a minute before I pulled up). Once I got to the window, the level of customer service I received baffled me. I was told in the absolute nicest way that the order was just printed up on their side and it would be a little bit before it would be done. Lol. It took like 30 seconds. I was thanked, and sent on my way. Honestly, the guys there were so nice that I felt like I had something in my teeth or something, but I didn’t! Maybe I can't explain how genuine and nice these guys were, but I drove off a little and said to my wife, no, I need to go in and say something, so I got my lazy self out of the car, walked in, and gave the gentleman a tip because I was just so impressed. I haven’t had service at this level in a casual establishment since pre COVID and it was a breath of fresh air. I have been going to this JJ’s since it opened and will continue to do so! (The team was 2 younger men, a taller black man who made this delicious treasure, and a thinner looking white male. Sorry I didn’t get names I just hope they get some kind of recognition)"

"Few vehicles in line was no problem for this location. Ordered then up at the window and on my way fast, much faster than the other driver thru spots on the same street. I have custom subs I order and nothing was wrong. I'm so glad I have a healthy fast spot to go on my lunch breaks now!"
