"Let me say worst coffee shop ever. First time going… I asked for a matcha latte and it taste like straight milk. I went back and instead of going through the drive thru like the first time, I got down to go to the window. I waited at the window for over 5 mins. I can see workers walking back and forth. Then as I get into my truck and back in the drive thru to get my drink, a girl went to the window… that’s already 7 mins of her not attending a customer. She clearly saw me go in my truck but went to the drive thru… The girl that popped her head out came to the window to assist. Not once did she apologize to me for waiting. Her excuse was there were BEES. I told her I understand their bees but COMMUNICATE! Put a sign out stating the wait time will be longer at the window. Then she offered me to refund my order but never got my money back … first and last time … rather go to Starbucks or Dutch. Better customer service and drinks … I know the system was down but communication is key to happy customers. I am a manager for customer service so I know how it goes … whole staff needs training"

"Literally walked up to order just now, was super excited to grab a drink, but watched the only employee there wiping something off the cement/ground with a rag and then threw the rag on the counter next to the coffee machine. When I said thats gross she stated that they clean the counters with bleach at the end of the night. I of course asked wait what about right now? Thats gross. The employee gave me attitude and did not make an effort to remove the rag at all. Im not a Karen, nor am I a germaphobe but you use a mop to clean the floor, not rags you toss where youre prepping food and drinks, thats wild. I got back into my car and left. I’ll go to the thunderbird location I guess?"

"I’ve been to this location 4 or 5 times. Every time has been at least a 20 min to 30 minute wait in the drive through. So yesterday I decided to order online so I could skip the wait. When I arrived 20 minutes after ordering I noticed there were only 2 cars in the drive through lane so I was happy because that meant no more waiting! Wrong! Even longer…. I parked and went to the window and it took about 5-7 minutes for the girl to open the window. She hadn’t even made my order! It took another 10 minutes to make! 35 minutes to make 2 coffee drinks! I’ll never go back to this location again. $20 for 2 drinks and 35 minutes of waiting isn’t worth it."

"Delicious!!! My husband has diabetes so we always get sugar-free drinks. Sugar-free caramel mocha is our favorite, so good, and the coffee flavor is amazing! I would give it 5 stars except for the price, $7.06 for a 20 oz drink... I won't be able to enjoy very many at that price."
