Reviews
"Horrible. I can’t believe what was served to me. And for what they charge? Extremely disappointing that the servers think this is acceptable."
"As a store, how do you run a business with good customer service if you, in fact, hide from your customers behind a wall and a pick-up service that is terribly managed. And by a quick glance at your reviews, you can tell why this store is less than satisfactory to all of North Phoenix you continue to let this go on. You would be BETTER OFF BY GOING TO QT!!! And having them make you a fresh made food with a smile. And that says a lot."
"Husband and I stopped in after a long night of Christmas shopping. Either one of us had been here before. It was amazing. The cream of chicken soup, flat bread pizza and Greek salad was to die for. The atmosphere was very nice and comforting."
"Loved the cashier who explained the Pick 2! ;) Have to say I had a $10 sandwich. Took away 1 slice of bread and the chicken walnut salad still didn't cove the bread, it was literally 2 teaspoons worth of chicken salad. I hope I don't get anyone in trouble for over scooping the chicken salad. My husband had the pick 2 and had turkey chili and some chicken pepperoni sandwich... he was happy. I got coffee but there wasn't any cream left... I know it's all about self serve, but I felt a bit weird going behind the counter for creamer."
"Have been avoiding after repeated misses on our takeout orders, but one of the kiddos had a craving. Sigh. Unfortunately, it hasn’t gotten better. Lucky for us, my 14-yr old managed what the staff apparently could not: read the ticket and count the number of items in the bag. So, at least we managed to get all that we paid for this time… sorta. Unfortunately, she assumed that each item was what it was intended to be. Oops. An order for Mexican corn chowder turned out to be french onion soup. It’s good soup, but nothing like what was ordered. Oh well. It happens (reliably at this location). It’s on us to believe that a few months would magically fix. Makes you wonder though. I mean, seriously. Panera hasn’t scratch-made at their stores for years. Just open the food service bags and assemble. The PoS tells you what to do, and when to do it. Every item is printed on the ticket. I have a hard time believing the work is too complex, even for the most minimally skilled worker. So, I can only conclude it’s a result of poor local management and weak standards (ie not enough f—-s given). Combine that with central “leadership” focused on financial metrics, well, this makes sense. They seem to be doing just fine, and I do like a lot of their food, but I give up."
